In the normal course of providing services, we are sometimes asked to collect data or we are given data necessary to perform those services. Adrenalin Marketing Solutions is bound by the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). The NPPs are designed to protect the confidentiality of information and the privacy of individuals by regulating the way personal information is managed.
Management of data includes industry best practices which limit access to the data to those who must use the data to perform the services. Physical data is held as required and securely destroyed when no longer required or 18 months. Personal data may be transferred to third parties where it is required to complete the service. This includes third parties such as Australia Post, Banks, couriers or other agencies that provide services to Adrenalin for authorised tasks. Transfer is limited to information necessary to affect the required service.
All personal data collected in the course of performing our services is owned by the client contracting those services. As such, Adrenalin Marketing Solutions does not trade, sell or otherwise disclose the client’s information except as may be required by law.
Adrenalin Marketing Solutions keeps our clients’ activities, correspondence, materials, concepts and artwork confidential except as may be required by law.
